Shipping

The shipment may be delayed due to the contingent national health situation.

Delivery times are usually within 2/3 working days , (except for the period from 14 to 21 August for summer closure) . For jewels that require special processing, it can also take 7 working days. These times are dictated by the need for artisanal creation and finishing of every single object, specially made for the customer when ordering.

For Italy delivery is free and shipping costs are paid by Quinto Ego for orders over 50 euro. For orders of less than 50 euros, the shipping cost is 7 per order.

For UE, the shipping cost is 25 per order.

For the USA, the shipping cost is 35 per order.

For the Rest of the World, the shipping cost is 55 per order.

Any customs duties are charged to the customer.

Delivery is made via GLS courier .
