Quinto Ego is a company based in Via Genova, 15 54033 Carrara (MS), Italy. Quinto Ego pays particular attention to the security of transactions and that is why all transactions made on quintoegoshop are 100% secure .

The use of product photos taken by Quinto Ego is strictly prohibited for any commercial use without a prior request for approved permission.

By placing an order on quintoegoshop you accept all the Terms of Purchase and Sale Conditions listed below.

Purchase conditions

It is possible to buy on the site in different ways:

1. Credit Card - Quinto Ego will not register, use or disclose credit card data in any way, as it will not have access to such data, which will be managed for Quinto Ego by Shopify Payments or by Paypal , according to their terms and methods of use of the service.
2. Bank transfer - The bank transfer must be made no later than 7 days from the date of purchase. After the limit of 7 days, the purchase order will no longer be considered valid, and all items will be put on sale again, in any way provided by Quinto Ego.
3. Cash on delivery - The purchase will be completed upon payment of the goods. In the event that the goods cannot be delivered (lack of information, buyer not at home or incorrect information on the shipping address, etc.) and exceeds the storage limit of the shipping service, it will be returned to the sender ( Fifth Ego ) to which a second shipment may be requested to be paid by the buyer within and no later than 20 working days. After the 20 days of time available to the buyer to request a second shipment at his expense, the purchase order will no longer be considered valid, and all products will be put back in sale in any way provided by Quinto Ego.

Cash on delivery is not considered a valid payment method for shipments outside the Italian territory.

In case of missing information in the shipping address, Quinto Ego will try to contact the buyer through the data provided (email, telephone, mobile phone) to obtain more information. This may cause a delay in shipping.

Wrong measurement

If you bought a ring and the size is not the correct one (to calculate your ring size click here ) you can send it back to us and we'll send you the right size ring for free.

Quinto Ego will take care of all expenses excluding the direct ones for returning the product. To make the return, simply communicate your intention by writing an email to info@quintoego.com

Quinto Ego will authorize the return of the goods by informing the customer of the address to which to ship. The shipment can be made either by express courier or postal service. The cost of shipping is charged to the customer. Quinto Ego declines any responsibility in case of theft or loss of the goods during the return phase.

Returns

It is possible to return the purchased jewel within 14 days from the date of receipt, unless the product is not intact, that is: absence of the original packaging, absence of integral elements of the product, damage to the product for reasons other than transport . In the event that the product is not intact, Quinto Ego reserves the right to refuse the return.

Refunds

After Quinto Ego has received the return and checked that all the requirements have been met, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the customer.

Upon acceptance of the return, Quinto Ego will ask the bank to make the corresponding refund on the credit or debit card used for the order. The refund can also be made by bank transfer. It may take up to 10 days for your refund to actually complete.

If a PayPal account was used, the refund will be made to that account and will be visible within the next 24 hours.

The time it takes to display the amount on the customer's account will depend on the institution that issued the card.

Purchase invoice

As required by the laws governing trade, all shipments are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of the individual items in Euros. For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts. We remind you that from January 1st 2008 the tax code is also required in addition to the VAT number.
